Law on the Exclusive Economic Zone and the Continental Shelf of the Republic of China Article 13
Unless otherwise provided in other laws and regulations, any activity conducted in the exclusive economic zone or on the continental shelf of the Republic of China shall not damage natural resources or harm natural ecology.Whoever willfully or negligently damages or harms the natural resources or ecology of the exclusive economic zone or the continental shelf of the Republic of China shall be charged with their employer with joint responsibility for the compensation for the damage.

在中華民國專屬經濟海域或大陸礁層之活動，除法律另有規定者外，不得損害天然資源或破壞自然生態。
中華民國專屬經濟海域或大陸礁層天然資源或自然生態，因行為人故意或過失致損害或破壞時，該行為人與其雇用人應負連帶賠償責任。
