The broker who violates this act shall be punished for the following regulations：1. The broker who violates Article 16, 22(1), Article 23 or Article 25 shall receive reprimand.2. Those who violate Article 19(1) shall be faced with suspension of business lasting for more than six months or fewer than three years.The broker who has been reprimanded three times shall be faced another suspension of business lasting for more than six months or fewer than three years. The total time of suspension of business amounts to five years, which will result in the revocation of the certificate of a broker.

中文原文不動產經紀業管理條例第31條

經紀人員違反本條例者，依下列規定懲戒之：
一、違反第十六條、第二十二條第一項、第二十三條或第二十五條規定者，應予申誡。
二、違反第十九條第一項規定者，應予六個月以上三年以下之停止執行業務處分。
經紀人員受申誡處分三次者，應另予六個月以上三年以下之停止執行業務處分；受停止執行業務處分累計達五年以上者，廢止其經紀人員證書或證明。
