Real Estate Brokerage Management Act Article 32
Engage in brokering or sales agency services without being registered as brokerage agencies shall be prohibited from conducting business by the competent authority. Violating this regulation, the responsible person of company or firm or the actor shall be fined between one hundred thousand and three hundred thousand NT dollars.Having been prohibited from conducting business by the competent authority according to the preceding paragraph, the responsible person of company or firm or the actor who stills continues operation shall be sentenced to less than one year in prison, faced with criminal detention, or fined between one hundred thousand and three hundred thousand NT dollars, or a combination thereof.

非經紀業而經營仲介或代銷業務者，主管機關應禁止其營業，並處公司負責人、商號負責人或行為人新臺幣十萬元以上三十萬元以下罰鍰。
公司負責人、商號負責人或行為人經主管機關依前項規定為禁止營業處分後，仍繼續營業者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新臺幣十萬元以上三十萬元以下罰金。
