To resign from the position of chairperson of the board of directors or the board of supervisors, director, supervisor, or member representative, a written application shall be delivered to the registered address of the cooperative and shall take effect upon receipt of it, and the vacancy shall be filled by the alternate one in order.The resigned person shall complete the handover of the tasks originally handled by him or her. In the event of handover, resignation or vacancy filling, a report of the event shall be proposed at the meeting.The person who has resigned in accordance with Paragraph 1 shall not be elected to take the original position again for the same tenure.

理事會主席、監事會主席、理事、監事或社員代表之辭職，應以書面為之，辭職書送達合作社社址所在地時，即生效力，由候補人員依次遞補。
