Cooperatives Act Article 35
The board of directors shall place the cooperative bylaw, a roll list of members, proceedings of the general meeting of members, and other books that should be prepared according to law in the cooperative. The roll list of members shall include the following contents:1. Name, sex/gender, age, native place, occupation, and address of the members2. Date of the member’s subscribing shares as well as the quantity of shares and serial number of the shares.3. The money already paid by each member and the date of payment4. The guarantee amounts paid by each member of guaranteed liability cooperatives

理事會應置合作社章程、社員名簿、社員大會紀錄及其他依法應備之簿冊於合作社。
社員名簿應載明左列事項：
一、社員姓名、性別、年齡、籍貫、職業及住所。
二、社員認購社股之日期及其股數與股票字號。
三、社員已繳金額及其繳納之日期。
四、保證責任合作社社員之保證金額。
