Industrial Group Act Article 55
Funds of industrial association are from the following sources:A. Fees collected from group members, paid yearly by these group members as per one tenth to two tenth of their annually collected membership dues, criteria should be stipulated in the articles of association.B. Fees collected from individual factory members, paid by these individual members as per the lowest membership dues of group members, criteria should be stipulated in the articles of association; in case that an industrial association has only individual factory members, the funds are to be collected as per subparagraph A and subparagraph B of Article 33.

工業會之經費收入如左：
一、團體會員：各以其常年會費十分之一至十分之二，於章程中訂定繳納之。
二、工廠會員：繳納常年會費應以各團體會員中最低一級會員所繳納之平均金額為準，於章程中定之。
但工業會僅有工廠會員者，其繳納之經費，依第三十三條第一款及第二款之規定辦理。
