Regulations for the Conscription of Naturalized Citizens and Returning R.O.C.（Taiwan） nationals residing overseas Article 10

Males of conscription age referred to in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 3 who returned to the Republic of China prior to the amendment and enforcement of these Regulations on September 8, 2025, and who have not departed thereafter, shall be subject to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraphs 1 and 2, Article 4, Paragraph 1, and Article 7 as in force prior to amendment, and not to the amended Articles 3, 4 (Paragraphs 1 to 3), 5, and 9.
