Regulations for the Conscription of Naturalized Citizens and Returning R.O.C.（Taiwan） nationals residing overseas Article 9
The status of a returning R.O.C.（Taiwan） nationals residing overseas shall be determined based on possession of a valid Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate issued for the purpose of conscription administration issued by the competent overseas community affairs authority.
