Act Governing the Voluntary Retirement of the First-Term Senior Congressperson Article 12
Persons shall be deprived of the right to claim termination pension for any of the following conditions:1. Death;2. Deprivation of civil rights for life3. Being convicted of offenses against domestic disturbance or treason4. Loss of citizenship of the Republic of China

有左列情形之一者，喪失其領受退職酬勞金之權利：
一、死亡。
二、褫奪公權終身。
三、犯內亂、外患罪，經判刑確定。
四、喪失中華民國國籍。
