Regulations for Awarding Professional Medals by the Ministry of the Interior Article 12
The Interior Affairs Professional Medal shall be awarded to individuals who meet any of the following criteria in air service affairs:(1)Made significant contributions to the advancement of air service.(2)Made significant contributions by performing air services, taking risks and performing duties with courage and dedication.(3)Made significant contributions to assisting in the advancement and execution of air services.(4)Made significant contributions to the research and development of air service issues.(5)Made special or significant contributions to other matters related to air service affairs.

對空中勤務具有下列情形之一者，頒給內政專業獎章：
一、對空中勤務之推展，具有重大貢獻。
二、執行空中勤務，冒險犯難，奮勇盡職，具有重大貢獻。
三、對協助空中勤務之推展及執行，具有重大貢獻。
四、對空中勤務問題研究發展，具有重大貢獻。
五、對其他有關空中勤務，具有特殊或重大貢獻。
一、對空中勤務之推展，具有重大貢獻。
