Standards for the Tolerance of Nitrosamines in Baby Pacifiers

Article 1
The Standards are prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act Governing Food Sanitation.
Article 2
Tolerance of nitrosamines in baby pacifiers shall not exceed 10 ppb.
Article 3
The Standards shall be implemented on November 1, 1985.The promulgation of amended shall be implemented on the date of promulgation.
