Act Governing Retirement, Severance, and Bereavement Compensation Under the Individual Account System for the Teaching and Other Staff of Public Educational Institutions Article 74
The staff members, specialist personnel, researchers, and principals and teachers of public preschools referred to in the preceding four articles refers to those who are newly employed on or after 1 July 1, 2023.
