Act Governing Retirement, Severance, and Bereavement Compensation Under the Individual Account System for the Teaching and Other Staff of Public Educational Institutions Article 43
If a staff member who dies by illness or accident or from an occupational cause is survived by a minor child or children, each minor child, shall receive additional monthly bereavement compensation until they reach adulthood, paid in accordance with the provisions of the National Pension Act regarding the payment standards for the old age basic guaranteed pension.

教職員病故、意外死亡或因公死亡且遺有未成年子女者，每一未成年子女每月另比照國民年金法規定之老年基本保證年金給與標準，加發撫卹金，至成年為止。
