Act Governing the Closure of Private Educational Institutions at Senior High School or Higher Level Article 7

A school under special guidance shall report to the school’s competent authority and obtain consent before undertaking a construction project, goods and services procurement, financing, disposal of movable property and other rights, and creation of encumbrance with a worth of more than NT$1 million.Failure to comply with the provision of the preceding paragraph will be listed as a reference for the school’s improvement status by the competent authority.
