Special Act for Post-Disaster Reconstruction of the Matai'an River Landslide Dam in Hualien Article 5
Assistance for households affected by flooding shall be based on the actual number of affected households, and shall not be restricted by the limitation of one household per house number. The regulatory restrictions under the current Categories and Standards of Assistance in Flood Disaster shall not apply.
