Regulations Governing the implementation of Military Installation Safety Inspection and Forced Eviction Article 9

If an individual objects on the spot to security inspections, forced eviction, or necessary measures taken under Articles 3 to 6, and the personnel deems the objection justified, the action shall be stopped or adjusted immediately; if not justified, it may proceed.If requested by the individual, the personnel shall provide a written record stating the objection, the action taken (stop, adjust, or proceed), and the reasons.
