Regulations Governing the implementation of Military Installation Safety Inspection and Forced Eviction Article 8
Items discovered during security inspections that are subject to confiscation, seizure, or detention under the law shall be handled by the military agency itself or referred to the competent authorities in accordance with this Act or relevant regulations.
