Regulations Governing Military Agencies’ Issuance of Permissions Under Paragraph 1, Article 6 of the Military Installation Safety Protection Act Article 3
Anyone engaging in activities specified in Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 6 of the Act within a military installation shall fill out an application form, specifying the purpose and scope of the activity, and submit it to the military authority.The same shall apply to anyone engaging in surveying, videotaping, photographing, depicting, note-taking, describing, or other reconnaissance activities directed at a military installation from outside the installation, where such activities may endanger the security of the installation.

於軍事營區從事本條例第六條第一項第三款規定之行為者，應填具申請書並載明從事行為之目的及範圍，向軍事機關提出申請。
於軍事營區外對軍事營區內從事測量、錄影、攝影、描繪、記述或其他偵察行為，且有影響軍事營區安全之虞者，亦同。
