Law:: Regulations Governing the Military Authority Enforcing the Compensation for Incidents Arising from Security Duties at Military Bases
Chinese:: 軍事機關執行軍事營區安全勤務事件補償辦法第13條

When carrying out the negotiations referred to in Article 11 and Paragraph 1, Article 12, the agency receiving the compensation request shall make a record of the negotiation.The negotiation record shall include the following details:(1)The location and date of the negotiation.(2)The requesting party or their agent present at the negotiation.(3)Representatives or their agents from the participating agencies. (4)The case background and case number.(5)The facts, grounds, and amount of compensation requested, and proof of the loss.(6)Opinions of the participating agencies.(7)Reasons for reducing or exempting the compensation amount, abandonment of other claims related to the same incident, and other important matters.(8)The outcome of the negotiation.The persons listed in Subparagraph 2 and 3 of the preceding paragraph shall sign or affix their seal immediately following the last line of the record.

受理補償請求之機關為第十一條及第十二條第一項之協議，應製作協議紀錄。
協議紀錄應記載下列各款事項：
一、協議之處所及年、月、日。
二、到場之請求權人或代理人。
三、參加協議機關之代表人或其指定之代理人。
四、協議事件之案由及案號。
五、請求權人請求補償之事實、理由、金額及受損失之證明文件。
六、參加協議機關之意見。
七、減輕或免除補償金額之事由、拋棄同一原因事實所生之其他損害賠償請求權等其他重要事項。
八、協議結果。
前項第二款及第三款人員應緊接協議紀錄之末行簽名或蓋章。
