Regulations Governing the Military Authority Enforcing the Compensation for Incidents Arising from Security Duties at Military Bases Article 12
If multiple agencies bear joint and several liability for compensation, they shall agree on one agency to receive the compensation request and negotiate with the requesting party or their agent.The agency receiving the request shall notify the other compensation agencies in writing to participate in the negotiation.The compensation amount shall be determined by the responsible agencies based on the provisions of Article 6.

數機關均應負連帶補償責任時，應協議由一機關為受理補償請求之機關，與請求權人或代理人進行協議。
受理補償請求之機關為協議時，應以書面通知其他補償義務機關參加協議。
補償金額，由數補償義務機關依第六條規定協議定之。
