The Act on Pension Contributions for Persons during Rendering to Conscripted Military Service Article 2
This Act applies to the following personnel (hereinafter referred to as the Draftee) born after January 1, 2005:1. The personnel serve as a reserved officer, and reserved non-commissioned officer, or active service of standing soldier under the Act of Military Service System.2. The personnel serve the Substitute Service under the Enforcement Statute for Substitute Services.

本條例適用於中華民國九十四年一月一日以後出生之下列人員（以下簡稱役男）：
一、依兵役法服義務兵役之預備軍官、預備士官及常備兵役現役者。
二、依替代役實施條例服替代役者。
