The Servicemember Relief Act Article 75

In the event that the provisions of the Act cease to be in effect temporarily in whole or in part due to the mandate of the declaration of war, the declaration of martial law, or the national mobilization period given the critical circumstances, the portion of the provisions and the juridical area that are ceased to be in effect shall be promulgated and enforced by the Ministry of National Defense.In the circumstances prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the statutory period stipulated in this Act ceases to run until the next day of the date on which this Act resumes to be applicable, the period may recommence therefrom.
