The Servicemember Relief Act Article 62
The appellant who disagrees with the conclusion of an appeal by the Appeal Review Authority may file a re-appeal with the Protection Committee pursuant to this Act.In case the appellant disagrees with the conclusion of an appeal by the Appeal Review Authority it shall file a re-appeal with the Protection Committee within 20 days from the next day of the date on which the conclusion of the appeal is served. In case the conclusion of the appeal is served during the navigation deployment, the 20-day period begins to run from the next day of the date on which the deployment berths at the domestic port.

不服申訴管轄機關之申訴處理者，得依本法向權保會提起再申訴。
申訴人不服申訴處理者，得於申訴處理送達之次日起二十日內，向權保會提起再申訴。
但申訴處理於艦艇航行期間送達者，其二十日期間自艦艇返抵國內港口之次日起算。
