The Servicemember Relief Act Article 21
After the petition is filed the petitioner may withdraw before the deliberation decision is served. The petitioner is barred from filing a petition for deliberation with the identical subject matter after its petition is withdrawn.

復審提起後，於復審決定書送達前，復審人得撤回之。
