Special Act on the Procurement Project to Safeguard National Security and Strengthen Asymmetric Capabilities Article 5
The procurement items for the program to safeguard national security and strengthen asymmetric capabilities under this Act are as follows:1.M109A7 Self-Propelled Howitzer.2.High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS).3.Anti-armor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Missile System.4.Javelin Anti-armor Missile.5.TOW 2B Anti-armor Missile.6.The following Foreign Military Sales (FMS) items approved for sale by the United States Government within one year after the enforcement of this Act :(1) Hybrid soft-kill and hard-kill counter-UAV systems.(2) Various types of anti-ballistic and air defense missiles.(3) Medium and low-altitude air defense systems.(4) Anti-armor missile combat readiness stockpile replenishment project.The special budget bill compiled under this Act shall explicitly state the specific names, quantities, budget amounts, life-cycle maintenance costs, and expected execution years of the procured equipment, systems, and their related support systems and equipment.

本條例所定保衛國家安全及強化不對稱戰力計畫採購之項目如下：
一、M109A7自走砲。
二、海馬士多管火箭飛彈系統。
三、反甲型無人機飛彈系統。
四、標槍反甲飛彈。
五、拖式2B反甲飛彈。
六、下列經美國政府於本條例施行後一年內同意售予之軍購項目：
（一）軟、硬殺混合反制無人機系統。
（二）各型反彈道及防空飛彈。
（三）中低空防空系統。
（四）反甲飛彈戰備存量補充案。
本條例所編列特別預算案，應載明採購之裝備、系統與其相關支援系統、裝備之具體名稱、數量、預算金額、全壽期維持成本及預計執行年度。
