Special Act on the Procurement Project to Safeguard National Security and Strengthen Asymmetric Capabilities Article 4
The term "procurement project to safeguard national security and strengthen asymmetric capabilities" as used in this Act refers to the acquisition, production, maintenance, engineering, and training of equipment, systems, and their related support systems as stipulated in the items of Article 5, as approved by the Executive Yuan, and conducted by the competent authority and its subordinate agencies (organizations) and military units.

本條例所稱保衛國家安全及強化不對稱戰力計畫採購，指主管機關及其所屬機關（構）、部隊辦理經行政院核定採購第五條所定項目之裝備、系統與其相關支援系統、裝備之獲得、產製、維修、工程及訓練。
