Fire Protection Equipment Personnel Act Article 48

Those duly conferred a fire protection equipment personnel certificate in accordance with Article 8 of the Fire Services Act prior to the enforcement of this Act shall obtain a license to practice in accordance with Article 6 of this Act within two years from the date this Act becomes in force.Those continuing to practice the profession without obtaining a license to practice within the specified time limit shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 39.Those applying for a license to practice as stated in the preceding paragraph shall not be subject to the restriction which requires at least two years of experience in fire services practice, in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 6.
