When an heir claims compensation, he/she shall clarify the relationship between himself/herself and the deceased, and whether there are other heirs in the same order.When there are multiple heirs and one of them claims compensation, the effect of such claim is extended to all heirs. The withdrawal of the claim, however, shall be agreed upon by all heirs.

繼承人為請求時，應釋明其與死亡者之關係，及有無同一順序繼承人。
繼承人有數人時，其中一人請求補償者，其效力及於全體。
但撤回請求，應經全體同意。
