Regulations Governing the Compensation for Losses Resulting on the Use of Police Weapons Article 3
In respect of the compensation prescribed in paragraph 3, Article 11 of the Act, the agency, with which the police officer who has used police weapons is affiliated, is the “compensation agency”.When there are multiple agencies responsible for the same compensation, all of them shall be liable for the compensation.

本條例第十一條第三項之補償，以使用警械之警察人員所屬機關為補償機關。
