Users shall reapply for verification and registration with telecom businesses when transferring telecom services to others according to the preceding article. However, this shall not be limited to users providing telecom services for personal household use or internal activities of corporate customers.For users who fail to complete the re-verification and registration with telecom businesses according to the preceding paragraph, telecom businesses shall restrict or suspend the provision of relevant telecom services.

用戶轉讓電信服務予他人，應向電信事業重新辦理前條規定之核對及登錄事宜。
但用戶將電信服務供個人家庭生活或企業客戶內部活動目的使用者，不在此限。
用戶未依前項規定向電信事業重新辦理核對及登錄者，電信事業應限制或停止提供其相關電信服務。
