Regulations Governing Circuit Supervision by the Control Yuan Article 8

Circuit supervision of central agencies shall in principle mean the circuit supervision of central government agencies and their subordinate agencies. When performing circuit supervision of special municipality or county (city) agencies of a central government agency, members of the team shall be notified in advance.Members of a circuit supervision team shall notify the relevant committee when it is necessary to perform circuit supervision of a central government agency established in a special municipality or county (city).
中文原文 監察院巡迴監察辦法第8條
中央機關之巡察以巡察中央機關及其所屬機關（構）為原則，如安排巡察中央機關所監督設於直轄市、縣（市）之機關（構）時，應事先知會該組巡察委員。
各組巡察委員認有必要至設於直轄市、縣（市）之中央機關巡察時，應事先知會有關委員會。
