Enforcement Rules of the Control Act Article 7
In impeachment cases, the examination committee shall determine whether the case is established or not under review.The following resolutions shall all be made by the impeachment examination committee when the case is established:1. The agency to be served.2. Whether to notify the superior or official in charge to take immediate remedial action.3. Whether to transfer the case to a law court or court martial for handling in accordance with the law.After the impeachment examination committee has been convened, records shall be kept of the actual proceedings of meetings.

彈劾案審查會審查案件，應作成成立或不成立之決定。
彈劾案審查會對審查決定成立之案件，應就下列事項一併決議：
一、送達機關。
二、是否通知該主管長官為急速救濟之處理。
三、是否移送司法或軍法機關依法辦理。
彈劾案審查會召開後，應依會議實際情形製作紀錄。
