Enforcement Rules of the Control Act Article 18
The relevant committees shall review and render a decision on proposals by the Control Yuan for corrective measures to the Executive Yuan and its subordinate agencies as stipulated in Article 24 of the Act.If a committee deems, upon review of investigation reports in which corrective measures were not proposed or the investigation documents submitted in entrusted investigations, that a proposal for corrective measures is necessary, it shall nominate an examination member or other member to make the proposal.

監察委員提案糾正行政院及其所屬各機關，應依本法第二十四條之規定，由各有關委員會審查決議提出之。
各委員會審查未提案糾正之調查報告或委託調查之查復文件認為有提案糾正必要者，應推請調查委員或其他委員提案。
