Agencies shall provide the CSPTC with the facts, reasons, and handling opinions with respect to the re-appeal case, inquired by the CSPTC, with all necessary related documents within 20 days.In the event of no reply by agencies within the period stipulated in the preceding paragraph, the CSPTC may make a decision directly.
中文原文 公務人員保障法第82條
各機關對於保訓會查詢之再申訴事件，應於二十日內將事實、理由及處理意見，並附有關資料，回復保訓會。
各機關對於再申訴事件未於前項規定期間內回復者，保訓會得逕為決定。
