The original action agency shall present all relevant evidences as the bases of the administrative action to the CSPTC.A petitioner or his/her agent may request for viewing, citing or photocopying the evidence materials in the preceding paragraph. The CSPTC shall not deny the request without justification.The CSPTC shall specify the date, time, and place for viewing, citing or photocopying the evidence materials in Paragraph 1.

原處分機關應將據以處分之證據資料提出於保訓會。
對於前項之證據資料，復審人或其代理人得請求閱覽、抄錄或影印之。
保訓會非有正當理由，不得拒絕。
第一項證據資料之閱覽、抄錄或影印，保訓會應指定日、時、處所。
