Once the representative(s) is designated or assigned, the representative(s) will conduct a petition on behalf of all petitioners. However, the withdrawal of the petition is prohibited except for written consent(s) from all petitioners.While there is more than one representative, any representative may independently conduct a petition on behalf of all petitioners.The representing right of the representative(s) shall not be diminished due to the death, lack of capacity to conduct petition of other joint petitioners or the replacement of other petitioner’s legal representative(s).

代表人經選定或指定後，由其代表全體復審人為復審行為。
但撤回復審，非經全體復審人書面同意，不得為之。
代表人有二人以上者，均得單獨代表共同復審人為復審行為。
代表人之代表權不因其他共同復審人死亡、喪失復審能力或法定代理變更而消滅。
