These Enforcement Rules are effective from the date of promulgation.

中文原文專門職業及技術人員考試法施行細則第13條

本法第十六條第一項第一款所稱科別及格，指各應試科目均達及格成績。
本法第十六條第一項第二款所稱總成績及格，指各科目成績合併計算之總成績達及格成績。
本法第十六條第一項第三款所稱以各類科全程到考人數一定比例為及格，指依總成績高低順序，以該類科或該類科各選試科目全程到考人數之一定百分比決定及格標準。
