Professionals and Technologists Examinations Act Enforcement Rules Article 11

"Procedural negligence by the examination administration" in Article 17 of the Act refers to any of the following situations: 1. Examination paper being overlooked in the marking process; 2. The score marked on the front of a marked paper differs from that on the inside; 3. Error in the registration process of the test scores; 4. Any other error attributable to the negligence of the examination administration.

報名各種考試或提出本法所定各種申請，其應繳交之文件正本為外文者，應譯成中文。
外文正本及譯本均應經中華民國外交部或其駐外館處驗證或認證，或經公證人認證。
但其他法令另有規定者，不在此限。
外國人報名各種考試或提出本法所定各種申請，其應繳交之文件正本應為中文或英文，為其他語文者，應譯成中文或英文。
文件正本及譯本應經中華民國外交部駐外館處或文件正本發給國外交領事相關機構之驗證或認證。
外文正本及譯本均應經中華民國外交部或其駐外館處驗證或認證，或經公證人認證。
