Organic Act of the Ministry of Examination Article 12
The Minister of Examination is specially appointed to take charge of the overall conduct of Ministry affairs, and the direction and oversight of personnel. There is one Political Deputy Minister, of official rank equivalent to the 14th Senior Grade of the civil service. There is one Administrative Deputy Minister, a civil servant of the 14th Senior Grade, who assists the Minister in administering Ministry affairs.
