(Performance Evaluation, Promotion, Retirement and Payment of Compensation of Transferred Staff)Performance evaluation and promotion of transferred technical examination officers subject to performance evaluation shall be handled by their original organization in accordance with relevant regulations.For technical examination officers transferred on the basis of leave of absence without pay, their business and personal leave, retirement, payment of compensation, insurance and benefits shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
中文原文 智慧財產及商業法院技術審查官與商業調查官借調辦法第6條
借調之技術審查官、商業調查官，其借調期間之平時考核及差假由智慧財產及商業法院負責辦理，並於每年年終或借調期滿歸建時，將平時考核及差假勤惰有關資料，送其本職機關（構），作為獎懲及考績之依據，遇有具體功過發生時，依上述程序及權責隨時辦理。
