Legal Aid Act Article 16
The Foundation may decide on the type of legal aid and the scope of legal representation, legal defense or assistance for the case depending on the funding of the Foundation and the case type.The Foundation shall prescribe the regulations relating to the implementation process of the preceding paragraph.
