Implementing Regulation Of The Judges Act Article 10

The Judicial Yuan, in the disposition of relief of duty under Article 9, Paragraph 6 of the Act, revocation of appointment under Article 12, Paragraph 2 of the Act and removal from office under Article 42 of the Act, shall conduct in accordance with the following provisions:(1) For the relief of duty under Article 9, Paragraph 6 of the Act, the decree for the relief of duty shall be effective and to be implemented once approved and served upon the parties.(2) For the revocation of appointment under Article 12, Paragraph 2 of the Act, it is effective retroactively and ab initio and to be implemented as of the date of approval.(3) For the removal from office under Article 42 of the Act, it is effective on the ex facto date, and to be implemented as of the date of approval.
