Judges Act Article 59-5
Cases of the second instance reviewed by the Disciplinary Chamber of the Judiciary shall be concluded within six months.The judgment of the second instance by the Disciplinary Chamber of the Judiciary shall be rendered through oral argument unless the Disciplinary Chamber of the Judiciary deems it unnecessary.The regulations governing the implementation of the oral argument in the preceding paragraph shall be formulated by the Disciplinary Court.
