Judges Act Article 32
The Judicial Yuan shall conduct a group performance rating among the various levels of courts once every three years and publicizethe results as the reference of performance rating for the presidents of various levels of courts.The Judicial Yuan shall promulgate the criteria, items, and methods for the performance grading referred to in the preceding paragraph.
