The Self-Discipline Committee shall render a non-disposal resolution if the judge is deemed not to have any of the situations stipulated in Article 6, Paragraph 1 or the period allowed for submitting the disciplinable facts is expired.The non-disposal of certain disciplinable facts due to the expiration of the period allowed for submitting the disciplinable facts shall not affect the execise of supervising authority.

自律會經審議認為法官不符第六條第一項之情形或其自律事實逾送交自律期間者，應決議不付處置。
自律事實因逾送交自律期間而不付處置時，不影響職務監督權之行使。
