A court ruling shall be served upon a person against whom a ruling is made, as well as upon the interested parties known to the court.The persons provided in Paragraph 1 of Article 77 may file a petition to the court for a service with the court ruling.

裁定應送達於受裁定之人，並應送達於已知之利害關係人。
第七十七條第一項所定之人，得聲請法院付與裁定書。
