Enforcement rules of this Act shall be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan in consultation with the Executive Yuan.Rules for trying juvenile protection matters shall be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan.Rules on the liaison between the juvenile court and relevant administrative agencies in dealing with juvenile protection shall be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan in consultation with the Executive Yuan.Plans for counseling and prevention of juvenile delinquency shall be prescribed by the Executive Yuan in consultation with the Judicial Yuan.
