Juvenile Justice Act Article 73

The trial may be held in private.The qualifying provisions of Article 34 shall apply mutatis mutandis to a private hearing.The court may not deny a request to make the trial public by a juvenile, his/her statutory agent, or a person who currently protects the juvenile, unless there are statutory reasons for a private hearing.
