The psychological assessment officer, psychological counseling officer, and counselors shall be under the investigation and protection division.The psychological assessment officer and psychological counseling officer shall be of the 5th grade of Delegated Appointed Rank to the 8th grade of Recommended Appointed Rank; the counselors shall be of the 3rd grade of Delegated Appointed Rank to the 6th grade of Recommended Appointed Rank.
