Juvenile Justice Act Article 34
The investigation and hearing shall not be open to the public, but the juvenile court may rule to allow the audit of the juvenile’s relatives, teachers, persons engaging in juvenile delinquency protection, or other relevant persons; when necessary, the opinions of the aforementioned persons may be heard.
